2) Requirements: The Vickers hardness value HV value and Rockwell hardness value HRC value of the test material

3) Test equipment and environment

This test uses the digital microscopic Vickers hardness tester  from DHV-1000Z. Before the test, the machine tested the standard hardness block 745HV0.5, and the average value of the five tests was 742HV0.5, which proved that the accuracy of the machine was within the allowable error range of the national standard and the normal test could be carried out. Laboratory test temperature: 25℃, humidity 35%

5) Data analysis:

Ceramic materials are harder and more brittle. If the test force is too small for testing, the indentation is too small and the hardness value cannot be accurately measured; when the test force is too large, the material may be easily broken. It is recommended to carry out the test from a small test force until a clearer indentation picture is obtained and the material is not broken.
